These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, enquiry forms, communication channels, and services offered by Cred Bandhu Financial Services (“Cred Bandhu”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website or submitting a loan enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Cred Bandhu
Cred Bandhu Financial Services acts as a loan distributor/direct selling associate (DSA) that assists customers in connecting with partner banks and NBFCs. Cred Bandhu is not a bank, lender, or NBFC and does not independently approve or sanction loans. All lending decisions, including eligibility, interest rates, tenure, processing fees, documentation requirements, and disbursement are made solely by the respective lender.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law and provide accurate information. We may refuse service where required by law or internal compliance.
3. Services
Our services include collecting loan enquiries, evaluating basic eligibility, assisting with documentation, coordinating with partner lenders, and facilitating communication during the loan process. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee approval.
4. Loan Approval Disclaimer
Loan approval is entirely at the discretion of the selected lender. Cred Bandhu makes no guarantee regarding approval, interest rate, loan amount, tenure, or processing time.
5. Cashback Offer
Where advertised, cashback is generally up to 0.4% of the eligible disbursed home loan amount unless otherwise specified. Cashback is available only when:
- The loan is sourced through Cred Bandhu.
- The loan is fully disbursed.
- Cred Bandhu receives the applicable commission from the lender.
- All offer conditions are satisfied.
Cashback may be reduced, withheld, or cancelled where lender payouts are revised, fraud is detected, documents are inaccurate, or offer conditions are not met. Commission realization may take approximately 90–150 days or longer depending on the lender. Cashback is generally processed within 30–60 working days after commission receipt.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information, cooperate with verification requirements, submit valid KYC documents, and promptly inform Cred Bandhu of material changes.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with partner banks, NBFCs, service providers, and regulators where necessary for loan processing or legal compliance.
8. Website Usage
Users must not misuse the website, upload malicious code, interfere with website security, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, graphics, logos, text, and software on this website are owned by or licensed to Cred Bandhu Financial Services and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may reference or integrate third-party websites or services. Cred Bandhu is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cred Bandhu shall not be liable for lender decisions, delays, technical interruptions, indirect damages, loss of profits, or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cred Bandhu harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services, inaccurate information, or breach of these Terms.
13. Force Majeure
Cred Bandhu shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, cyber incidents, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Right to Modify or Withdraw
Cred Bandhu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this cashback offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification shall not affect cashback already approved, subject to fulfillment of all applicable conditions. Participation in the home loan process through Cred Bandhu does not automatically entitle the applicant to cashback.
